SportsTech Sweden is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. Contact us at hello@sportstechsweden.com with any question about your data.

• Company applications: company name, contact name, email, stage, round size, category, your short pitch, an optional deck/website link, and your fee acknowledgements.
• Investor applications: name, email, firm/entity (optional), investor type, typical ticket (optional), focus areas (optional), and whether you want updates about a future sportstech fund.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.

We only collect what you type into the forms. We do not buy data about you from third parties.

• To review your application, contact you, and — where relevant — make introductions between companies and investors, or invite you to matchmaking and pitch events. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the network, and steps taken at your request before entering an agreement.
• To send newsletters and network updates. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Applying does not create any obligation for us to introduce you, and it does not create an investment relationship.

Your submission is stored in our secure backend database and a notification is sent to the internal SportsTech Sweden Slack channel so the team can act on it. Access is limited to the people running the network.

We use the following processors to operate the site: Lovable Cloud (website hosting and database) and Slack (internal notifications). We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Company information is only shared with investors in the network when it is relevant for an introduction or a pitch event — and details you clearly mark as confidential are handled as such.

Applications are kept for as long as they are relevant for the network's dealflow and follow-up, and are reviewed periodically. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Under the GDPR you can request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict our processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent. Email hello@sportstechsweden.com and we will handle your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical storage required to load the site is used.
