The Investment Network is built by SportsTech Sweden and backed by the full board — a mix of operators, founders, investors and people from the federation side of Swedish sport. Between us we have completed 50+ early-stage deals and spent a decade building the Swedish sportstech community.
Pontus Gustafsson drives the network day-to-day — from first intro to closed round — while the wider board contributes dealflow, diligence and reach into Swedish sport.

Every krona we earn — success fees on closed rounds and optional material review fees — goes straight back into improving the Swedish sportstech industry: more events, better research and reports, mapping the ecosystem, and growing the community for founders, investors and federations alike.

What does it cost for investors?
Nothing. Investors — Swedish or international, angels, family offices, operators or funds — join the network for free. Always.
How is the success fee structured?
Companies pay a percentage of the capital raised from investors we introduce. No raise, no fee. The exact percentage is agreed up front in writing before any intros are made.
What is the fixed fee for material review?
An optional add-on. For a flat fee we run a structured review of your deck, financial model and data room before you go to market. You can apply without taking this — it is never required to access the network.
Do I have to take the material review to get intros?
No. The review is optional and priced separately from the success fee. Many companies come in already investor-ready and skip it entirely.
When is the success fee invoiced?
Only after capital actually lands in your account from an investor we introduced. No closed round means no invoice.
Are there any other fees for companies?
No. The success fee on raised capital and the optional fixed fee for material review are the only fees. No retainers, no monthly costs, no event fees.
